This page provides general guidance only. The final refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms for a product or project must be stated before payment and may vary by engagement.

Software services

Custom work involves reserved time and completed effort. Payments for discovery, design, development, purchased services or completed milestones may be non-refundable where stated in the proposal. If a project is cancelled, completed work, approved milestones, committed third-party costs and contract terms are considered before any refund is calculated.

Digital products

Subscription, trial and refund rules for Synipdf or the Resume Builder will be published before those products accept payment. This website does not currently claim a universal refund period for products that are not yet launched.

Billing Software

Because billing implementations may include configuration, installation, data setup and training, cancellation and refund terms depend on completed milestones and the written proposal.

Third-party charges

Domains, hosting, app-store fees, paid APIs, licences, advertising spend and similar third-party purchases may be non-refundable under the provider’s terms.

How to request review

Contact info@greensyni.com with the project or payment reference, reason and supporting information. A request is reviewed against the applicable agreement and payment record.

Because software and digital services often depend on scope and delivery stage, buyers are encouraged to review the proposal, scope and milestone terms carefully before making payment.

Refund eligibility for project work depends on the agreed scope, work already performed, deliverables already shared and any non-recoverable third-party costs.
