Starting point
The site already contained dedicated product, service, legal, contact and insight pages. The remaining work focused on consistency across many static HTML files and on removing technical barriers before real-world search measurement could begin.
Accessibility and responsive quality
Automated accessibility checks were used to identify colour-contrast issues, and mobile layouts were reviewed for card, navigation and decorative-element behaviour. One measured blue-on-soft-background contrast pair was raised from approximately 4.49:1 to approximately 4.53:1 to meet the required threshold.
Technical SEO structure
Public pages use canonical URLs, descriptive metadata, crawlable internal links, a sitemap, an RSS feed and JSON-LD entities including Organization, WebSite, WebPage, Service, SoftwareApplication, Article, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList where appropriate.
Answer and generative discovery layer
Core product and service pages now include direct-answer summaries, visible page-specific questions and matching FAQ structured data. The robots file explicitly permits the search crawlers used by ChatGPT and Perplexity while retaining the existing private reference-directory exclusion.
Evidence and publishing safeguards
The site avoids fabricated client logos, unsupported ratings and invented performance claims. Product pages use consistent capability descriptions so crawlers and visitors receive the same factual message.
What remains after deployment
Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Business Profile, analytics identifiers and live indexing requests require the deployed domain and account ownership. They cannot be truthfully completed inside a local ZIP alone.
